Socio-economics and Financial Literacy

Financial management is the cornerstone of any sustainable socio-economic development in minority communities. Such financial repsonsibility is anchored on sound knowledge base that guides daily financial and wealth creation decisions.

FIST leverages the expertise of volunteers to educate youth and adults in black communities about growing and sustaining wealth, book keeping for small businesses, sources of financial instruments and grants for small-scale business, mortgages, among others.
