Foundation for Inclusion and Societal Transformation (FIST) is a Not-for-Profit Organization based in Edmonton, Alberta Province of Canada. It was incorporated to, among other things, address inequalities and advance the effective participation of black minority communities in the socio-economic, scientific, and technological arena. The organization focuses on Black communities in Alberta, particularly those of African descent, who are likely to be disadvantaged.

To empower underserved black communities by delivering high-impact programs that foster social inclusion, sustainable economic growth, environmental sustainability, and digital literacy.

We exist to create thriving black minority communities where children and adults overcome systemic barriers to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
